    Full 3D parametric modeling and detailed manufacturing drawings for parts, assemblies, and weldments.

  • Reverse Engineering

    Measure and model existing parts with no surviving documentation. Ideal for obsolete components or anything that needs to be reproduced exactly.

  • Prototyping

    Physical prototypes in metal or 3D-printed material to validate fit, form, and function before committing to production.

  • Fixture Design

    Custom welding fixtures, assembly jigs, and holding tools designed to your process.

Fabrication

Hands-on fabrication backed by real production experience. Nathan spent years welding and running parts before moving into engineering.

    TIG and MIG welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless. Structural welds and cosmetic welds both.

  • Laser Cutting

    Precision flat parts cut from steel and aluminum sheet. Tight tolerances and clean edges.

  • Custom Brackets

    One-off and batch brackets designed and built to spec. From a single prototype to a run of 100.

  • Press Brake

    Sheet metal bending for brackets, enclosures, flanges, and formed parts. Consistent bends across a run.

    Turned and milled parts produced to your drawings or samples. Material selection guidance available.

    Turned parts, shafts, bushings, and round stock. Close tolerances on diameter, shoulder, and thread work.

  • Plasma Cutting

    CNC plasma cutting on the Crossfire table for fast, accurate flat parts in steel and aluminum.

3D Printing, On-Site.

Not every part needs to start in metal. The Bambu Lab X1 Carbon handles rapid prototypes, fit checks before cutting stock, custom fixtures, and full print-to-spec delivery for parts that call for it. In-house, same day, no outsourcing.
