Turned and milled parts on a manual mill and lathe. Shafts, bushings, round stock, flat surfaces, pockets, and profiles. Produced to your drawings or samples.
WeldingTIG, MIG, and spot welding on mild steel, aluminum, and stainless steel. Nathan spent years welding production parts before moving into engineering.
Plasma CuttingCNC Crossfire plasma table, 3 by 4 ft cutting area. Mild steel, aluminum, and stainless to 1/4 in. Fast, accurate flat parts.
Sheet Metal FabricationPress brake bending: 33 in long bends, 25 tons. Brackets, enclosures, flanges, and formed parts. One-offs and batch runs.
3D PrintingTwo Bambu Lab printers in-house. Rapid prototypes, fit checks, fixtures, and print-to-spec parts. Same day, no outsourcing.
PEM Nut InsertsSelf-clinching fastener installation in sheet metal panels and enclosures. Threaded inserts pressed in permanently, no welding required.
